Don't Take Stripes Too Seriously

Dear Fashionistas,

Don't know how to wear stripes this spring?  How about this long sleeved double-layered viscose with nude overlay by A.L.C?  It is form-fitting with ruching on one side.  The dress is funky and I just love it.  Not to be taken seriously all the time, this dress is perfect for a spring evening.  However, I am not crazy about the shoes shown with the dress.  I would complete this look with a pair of less bulky nude sandal with a feminine kitten heel.     i love stripes! I was in nordstrom yesterday and my eyes immediately went to every striped item in the room. I like this dress - different but fun.

    A.L.C. has a lot of great stripe clothes this season, I had not seen this one yet. I love how their stripe clothing does not give you the nautical feel and is more contemporary and edgy

    Agree, but sometimes stripes make me feel a bit nautical, I like to fun it up with some crazy pieces to balance it. Maybe a turban or a pair of ankle moto booties. Anywho, awesome post!
